Refunds

If for any reason you find out that you cannot attend HDLive, you'll need to let us know no later than 1st October 2012 to claim a full refund. After that, I'm afraid we will not be able to issue any refunds.

Transferring Your Ticket

If you need to transfer your ticket, you will need to let us know as soon as possible before October 1st 2012.

If you are interested in sponsoring the event or require a refund, or have transferred your ticket, please email us as soon as possible.

Media Usage

Once you register, you automatically give us your permission to use any photography or video taken on the day that features you. We also reserve the right to use any event-related tweets, quotes or feedback you might give in future material we may produce. We will always credit you with anything we use.

Accessibility & Privacy

Both the event venue and this website consider all users, regardless of ability. With regard to the venue, you must inform us of any disability requirements when you register. Hull University Business School is fully accessible. Reserved parking bays and/or individual guides may be arranged. Please call in advance on 01482 462045.
